I bought a TT here in 2008 and couldn' t have been happier. The salesman showed me various models and answered all my questions. There was zero pressure and no silly games over price or anything. At the time, the redesigned TT was very new and they were hard to get. The dealership found me one in the color I wanted and they actually had someone drive it down from a few states away. Their service department is fantastic - responsive, professional. They explain what they're doing and what they did, they wash the car when returning it, and provide a free loaner. I can't speak to the price of service because it's less frequent than other cars I've owned, but it seems reasonable. Overall there are never any games or pressure and they act like professionals who are serving a clientele. As long as I can afford it, I will buy many cars here.
